14th May 2020 – Update
Business as usual.
In keeping with the regular updates, TeamMate would like to treasure customers that we are fully open and operational at this current time. Whilst certain aspects of the business have had to adapt and go virtual, there remain a few core employees who do remain in our office to keep production moving. As always we are continuing to follow advise from PHE and government guidelines. Our landline is still open and operational and our sales and design teams are contactable via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
Our thoughts are with anyone affected by the virus during this time. We will keep you informed when/if the situation changes.

23rd March 2020 – Update
Business as usual.
We would like to announce that it is business as usual at TeamMate. We are continuing to follow advice from PHE and WHO. As a result, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Design and Accounts are now working remotely from home and will be accessible on mobile and VC calls. Our landline is still in operation and you will be asked to redial for respective mobiles if needed. For those that are coming into work, we are implementing social distancing measures and have a contingency in place for shift work to ensure orders go out on time.

17th March 2020 – Initial Statement
In the light of the recent Coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak, we would like to reassure you that all operations at TeamMate are operating as usual.
We are closely following advice from Public Health England and World Health Organisations whilst continuing to comply with the highest safety and hygiene standards.
TeamMate’s supply chain currently has no issues and we will continue to deliver our products to our valued customers on time. However, we do recommend exercising a degree of caution as details on COVID-19 are ever-changing and therefore we may experience supply chain issues in the future. We advise, where possible, to forward plan procurement to ensure just in time delivery for the summer installation window.
To protect the health and safety of our employees and customers we are:
REDUCING TRAVEL:
In the interest of protecting the health of our employees and customers, we will be restricting access to our offices in Wallingford, Oxfordshire. TeamMate has restricted all non-critical air travel beyond COVID-19 hotspots to include all geographical locations. See updates for when these measures will be reduced or lifted.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
Our sales team will conduct video conference meetings via Zoom, Skype and Teams instead of face-to-face meetings. See updates for when these measures will be reduced or lifted.
REMOTE WORKING
Where possible, we also have contingency plans for a remote working model. See updates for when these measures will be reduced or lifted.
TeamMate will continually monitor the situation on COVID-19 and will provide updated statements where possible and keep you informed.
Kind regards
David Botting
