Missing items or damage ?

Whilst we endeavour to deliver your products in the best way to protect them, accidents can happen. We are very keen to have you inspect the product as it is delivered and sign that the product is complete. In the event of there being a problem we would like you to let us know immediately with a description of the damaged or missing parts. We will respond immediately with a resolution.  We will require your order number and contact details.  Please contact us



Can I collect my order ?

You can collect your order from our factory.  We will need prior notice and you will need to provide evidence of the items you will be collecting, we will also provide you with a unique collection code. We will help you to ensure the vehicle you intend to use is suitable for the size of the items to be collected. International collections will need to book a time slot for any container or airfreight consignments and we will only deal with the assigned freight forwarder with presentation of the correct documentation. Where do you deliver and how long does it take ?

TeamMate deliver worldwide. Product is usually dispatched from our main manufacturing hubs and depending on distance can be delivered from that hub same day or with in 2-3 days within Europe. International Customers using airfreight can expect delivery transit times of up to 7 days dependent on flight frequency times. Shipments via sea vary between 3 to 7 weeks dependent on location. Please note in your calculations that these durations do not include manufacturing lead times and are only approximations of time scales from the factory gate.

All our products are delivered to the requested location and we can entertain special arrangements if planned in advance.

I am looking for a product not listed on the web site.

TeamMate products are designed around a very modular concept, so it is likely that we can create different designs using these components.

Please contact us to discuss you bespoke requirements. Most of our product have originated from customer requests in the past.

Are TeamMate products electrically tested ?

Yes all TeamMate products that are shipped with electric components will have passed an electrical safety test. We hold the certificate against the product serial number, if you require a copy of the certificate please contact us with the product serial number. If an installer has added equipment and additional power to a TeamMate product we do advise for the completed product to be electrically tested again to ensure correct grounding. All teamMate products are supplied with earthing or grounding tabs for integrators to use as appropriate. TeamMate also recommends that end users periodically electrically test their TeamMate solution to ensure it is safe to use in the appropriate environment. Always be sure to disconnect all Teammate products from the mains supply if performing any maintenance or upgrades.
