Can I visit TeamMate ?

We are always happy to meet with you at our premises. Our opening hours are 8:30am  to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.  We have a selection of products on display for you to see and our team are available to help and advise. Do TeamMate product comply with CE and other standards ?

Our products are tested to meet all relevant standards according to the appropriate European, USA, Malaysian and Australian Directives. For further information please contact our Head office.

How do I apply for an account with TeamMate.

We would be delighted to talk with your company and we are always searching for opportunities to develop business anywhere in the world. TeamMate does not sell directly to end users. However we do and are constantly evaluating our reseller and distribution channels. If you are interested in becoming a reseller or distributor we usually like to talk with you first. Our channel is important to us so we are always keen to ensure it is relevant to our business. To open an account you can download the Account application form.

 

Can you replace lost keys ?

Misplaced keys are never a problem. TeamMate uses keys that are unique to our company and always have spare stock available. Please contact us 01491 825739 to request a replacement set FOC. We will need the approximate date of purchase, a  product serial number and your address details.
